Richard S. DeWolfe , P.E.

Mr. DeWolfe is a Principal Engineer and Corporate President at DeWolfe Engineering and has more than twenty-three years experience in the area of transportation engineering, utilities engineering and site development, complimented by his prior eight years of hands-on experience in construction. He has provided expert testimony in several cases in both Vermont and Ohio . He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Vermont , Connecticut , New Hampshire , Maine , Maryland , New York , Massachusetts and Pennsylvania .  He has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University and an Associates of Science in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  He has been employed as a construction superintendent for residential and commercial construction projects and taught courses in surveying at Vermont Technical College , Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland , OH .  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a Member of the Order of the Engineer.

David L. Frothingham III, P.E.

Mr. Frothingham is a Senior Civil Engineer and has over seven years of design experience in the areas of transportation engineering, utilities engineering and site development.  He has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Vermont . Mr. Frothingham is a Member of the Order of the Engineer.

John J. Svagzdys, P.E.

Mr. Svagzdys is a Senior Civil Engineer and has over twenty years of experience in civil engineering. He has extensive experience in transportation engineering, residential and commercial site development, stormwater management, solid waste engineering, construction management and surveying. He has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of New Hampshire and is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Vermont . Mr. Svagzdys is a member of the Vermont Society of Engineers (VSE) and currently serves on the VSE board of directors.

Brian Lane-Karnas

Mr. Lane-Karnas is an Engineering Technician and has over three years of experience with DeWolfe Engineering including drafting for civil and structural projects, surveying, environmental, municipal and land use permitting, and site development. He has a Bachelors of Music from Ithaca College and is currently working towards a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering at Norwich University where he was recognized with the Peter E. Kyle Award for outstanding scholarship.

Brennan Earls

Mr. Earls is an Engineering Technician and has over three years of experience in surveying, drafting and construction management. He has an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from Vermont Technical College . He intends to work towards a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering this coming fall.

Sharlene Markowski

Ms. Markowski is currently a civil engineering intern, working on civil drafting, and environmental and land use permitting. She has two years of experience in the contruction industry. She is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Norwich University . She is a student member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
