Structural and Civil engineering design, permitting, and drafting services for a new 30,000 square foot office facility including an exterior sitting patio. Design included a steel frame with concrete slabs, CMU stair and elevator towers, and a combination of stone veneer and insulated metal panel finishes. Site design included new parking lots, drives, utilities, and stormwater treatment system. Permitting services included Act 250, operational stormwater, water supply and waste water, and local zoning.
