DeWolfe Engineering Associates provided site design and permitting services for a 475,000 SF perishable food warehouse. On the second phase of this project, C&S requested DeWolfe provide value engineering and peer review services to determine if any cost savings could be made in the structure. Recommendations made by DeWolfe were utilized in the final steel design resulting in a $70,000 savings in structural steel alone.
